Safety Training
Safety Training- SOLAS SAFE PASS
We offer SOLAS SAFE PASS training. The SOLAS SAFE PASS training programme is a one day safety awareness programme aimed at construction workers.
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, all construction workers in Ireland – including apprentices and trainees – are legally bound to hold a valid Safe Pass Registration Card.

The aim of the programme is to raise the standard of safety awareness in the construction industry and that all construction workers undergo basic health and safety awareness training to enable them to work onsite without being a risk to themselves or others who might be affected by their acts or omissions.
The Safe Pass Programme is delivered by a SOLAS Approved Tutor.

Introduction to Risk Assessment
Risk Assessment for Electricity
Risk Assessment for Evacuations
Risk Assessment for Heights
Behaviour-Based Safety
Site Safety and Construction Equipment
Site Safety and Construction Vehicles
Personal Health and Welfare
Noise and Vibration
Personal Protective Equipment
Candidates who complete the one day awareness programme can make a positive contribution to the prevention of accidents and ill health while working on construction sites. Candidates who successfully complete the programme will receive a Safe Pass Registration Card.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
All candidates must have a good understanding of written and spoken English
All candidates must bring with them on the day 1 Passport size photograph
All candidates must bring with them on the day valid Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
All candidates must have a valid IRISH PPS
